Nelakonda Bhagavanth Kesari is a ‘superman’ in jail. A fair armed force official (Sarathkumar), who is the dad of Vijji Otherwise known as Vijayalakshmi (Sreeleela), fills in as a guard in jail. During his residency, he meets Bhagavanth Kesari and thinks that he is certifiable. Notwithstanding, the official bites the dust in a shocking street mishap. On his deathbed, he requests that Bhagavanth Kesari bring up his girl to be a military official.
